Activ8 Health’s Plan is a comprehensive, fully insured plan focusing on hospital indemnity, coupled with proactive benefits. This plan offers monthly benefits for completing health risk evaluations or doctor visits. It covers various scenarios including hospital admissions, emergency department usage, intensive care unit (ICU) stays, and ambulance transport.

This plan empowers your employees to proactively manage their health. Typically, individuals seek medical attention only when they suspect a health issue. However, those enrolled in our indemnity plan can actively monitor and improve their health through the Activ8 Health Plan.
